Can I track the status of my order? If yes, how can I do that?

Certainly! Once your parcel is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking code. You can use this code to track your parcel either on our website or through the courier's website.

Do you charge for shipping?

E-scooter orders ship free, while parts and accessories enjoy free shipping on orders over $49.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Typically, orders are delivered within 2-7 working days to addresses within the Continental United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only deliver to addresses within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Islands, Military Areas). We apologize for any inconvenience caused and we are actively working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve customers worldwide in the future.

Are the products on your website authentic?

Absolutely! We guarantee the authenticity of all the products listed on our website.

What happens if the item I want is out of stock?

If the item you desire is out of stock, we will email you to inquire about your preference and inform you of the restock date. If you prefer not to wait, we can cancel your order and issue a refund.
